
Our South Portland studio is a shared space for healing, movement, and community.
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, here’s what to know before you join us.
Location & Parking
📍 1129 Broadway, South Portland,
Turn onto Lake Street across from China Express for free parking (Lake Street is a dead end). Use the Broadway entrance to access the building.
Before Class
Please sign up at least 30 minutes before class to reserve your spot
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
Let your teacher know if you have any injuries or limitations.
New students will be asked to sign a Participant Waiver (available online or in-studio).
During Class
If you arrive late, please wait in the lobby until centering is complete.
Remove shoes and place them in the cubbies before entering.
Bring as little as possible—storage is limited (phones off/silent if in the studio).
No food or open drinks, but reusable water bottles are encouraged.
Enjoy the quiet of the space as others prepare for class.
Props & Equipment
Mats and props are always free to use. You’re also welcome to bring your own.
After Class
Wipe down and return any studio mats/props used.
Leave the space as you found it, so it’s ready for the next class.
Health & Wellness
Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.
