Mindfully Move and Heal in a Community.

Inside
our Project

We center BIPOC teachers and leaders, offering donation-based classes where all are welcome.

If you have access—come. Your presence and donations make it possible for us to bring healing movement to immigrant communities who can’t reach traditional studios.

Give what you can. Give more if you’re able. Even if you can’t join a class, your gift makes space for someone else to heal.

Our Work

South Portland Studio Classes

We hold classes at our studio in South Portland four days a week. Mats and props are provided for free, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

Classes are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis—give more if you’re able.

Yoga & Mindfulness Outreach

We collaborate with community organizations, schools, and workplaces to offer 45–60 minute Yoga & Mindfulness sessions right where people are already gathering and receiving support.

Book us to bring yoga to your community.

Outdoor Wellness

We take our practice beyond the studio and into the beauty of Maine’s natural spaces. Outdoor Wellness includes yoga in the park, beach meditations, forest walks, mindful hiking, and seasonal gatherings that connect movement with the rhythms of nature.

Special Events

We host seasonal gatherings, outdoor yoga, healing circles, and community wellness events that bring people together to move, connect, and recharge. These events are open to everyone and designed to nurture belonging and joy.

Living Funeral: A Celebration of Life

    10/4 3:00-4:00PM

    11/1 3:00-4:00PM

    12/13 3.00-4.00PM

A Living Funeral is a 2–3 hour guided experience that invites participants to turn toward their own mortality.

Through personal reflection, writing, and a guided death meditation, the ceremony creates a transformative space to release, reflect, and reconnect with life’s impermanence.

Many describe it as life-affirming, healing, and deeply grounding.

    Storytelling & Writing Circles

    10/ 25 4:00–6:00 PM

    11/ 22 4:00–6:00 PM

    12/20 4:00–6:00 PM

The Monthly Healing Circle is a 2-hour in-person gathering for women to explore their stories through both spoken word and writing. Each circle offers guided prompts, quiet time to write, and an optional sharing round where participants can present their words and be witnessed with care.

We focus on the experiences that shape identity — resilience, migration, survival, motherhood, and belonging — while also honoring the intersections of joy, culture, and healing.

    Sound Bath Meditation

    10.21 7:00-8:00PM

A 60-minute immersive experience where sound becomes a pathway to deep rest and renewal. Participants are invited to settle in comfortably as crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments create layers of vibration that quiet the mind, release tension, and encourage emotional and physical healing.

Sound baths are known to reduce stress, support sleep, and bring a sense of clarity and balance. No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow the sound to carry you into relaxation.
